Their Hotpot broth is really good and I like that they give you info on how to make your sauces instead of letting you wing it lol. It does get hot in the restaurant but the food is worth it.
The atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing, it reminds me of Korean street avenues and I love the lantern lights and brick walls! The food was also delicious, however I don't recommend getting the tofu as it has a weird aftertaste. Though you guys should definitely get the squid as it's very tender! The waitresses were also nice but they kept confusing the orders with all the other tables orders, they're still nice though.
Hero Hotpot is an excellent all you can eat Chinese hot pot restaurant in the county. The atmosphere is fun, the service is fast and friendly. The servers will give customers who are experiencing hotpot for the first time a little lesson on how to cook the food and mix the sauces. Most importantly, the food selection is plenty, and they are fresh and well prepared for the cooking, and there's plenty of ingredients for the sauce combinations. It's definitely a place worth returning.
With Hot Pot, you want: 1) quality ingredients, 2) well seasoned broth, 3) prompt service Hero Hotpot excels at all three. I've been to over two dozen hot pot restaurants, including many in Japan and Korea. The staff was amazing. This is food is better than any hot pot restaurant I've been to. Our friend we went with travels to Asia many times a year and agreed it was outstanding experience. The food is reasonably priced, and well worth your time.
Great food. Lots of options. We all loved it-adults and kids. The meats were delicious. Corn, ramen, glass noodles were fun. You can custom make your own dipping sauces.
This is my new favorite restaurant in Utah County! It is so delicious and a fun experience. I can't say enough about it and it's a great price.
One of the coolest eating experiences that we have ever had. Lili and Lucas offered some of the friendliest customer service and we ate the freshest most delicious food. 5/5 is an understatement for how amazing this place is.
The service, food quality, and food choices were legit. I've been to many hotpot places in big cities and internationally.. for this being Utah I was impressed. Thanks! Will be coming back.
